Services include clinical intensive substance use disorder counseling and psycho- education (didactic) sessions. Services are provided in a structured environment for a minimum of nine hours of counseling per week for adults and six hours per week for adolescents. This care approximates ASAM PPC- 2. R Level II. 1. Opioid Treatment Program (OTP)A licensed program where there is the dispensing of an opioid agonist treatment medication, (that is methadone and other approved medications) along with a comprehensive range of medical and rehabilitative services, when clinically necessary and in compliance with State regulations, to an individual to alleviate the adverse medical, psychological, or physical effects incident to opiate addiction. This program also offers opioid detoxification treatment, short- term detoxification treatment, long- term detoxification treatment, maintenance treatment, comprehensive maintenance treatment and interim maintenance treatment. Programs of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)Comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation, treatment and support services to those individuals most challenged by the need to cope with serious and persistent mental illness, as evidenced by repeated hospitalizations and to those individuals identified as at serious risk for psychiatric hospitalization. PACT, provided in vivo by a multi- disciplinary service delivery team, is the most intensive program element in the ambulatory continuum of community mental health care.
